Social Media Marketing Specialist

What you’ll be doing:

Serve, plan and manage all social media platforms strategy including content creation, posting and monitoring social community for GrowthSpot and our clients
Develop, execute and track social media platforms promotional campaigns
Plan and create creative and engaging contents and graphical banners for social posts
Work with blogger and KOL to continuously achieve social media success for clients
Conduct monthly and quarterly social media planning for our clients
Maintain excellent and professional relationship with clients
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage various accounts in a timely manner
Support marketing academy development to foster a content-based education system
Produce in-depth and high quality social posts regularly to bring in inbound leads
Assist and support seminars and workshops educational materials preparation
Support other marketing efforts by writing creative and relevant copy to be used in online advertising channels (e.g. GDN, Google, FB, IG, YouTube etc)
Produce appealing graphic banners to support internal marketing promotional materials

Who we are looking for:

University degree or above
1-2 years relevant practical working experience is preferred
Great content writing skills and graphic design skills with Photoshop and Adobe AI
With track record in good content and social media production is a huge plus
Bachelor in in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relationships, Language is a plus
Understanding on social media trends and best practices across social media platforms
Good team player with good communication skills and positive attitude
Open-minded and strong willingness to learn and improve
Able to handle pressure and deliver in tight timeline for multiple clients
Enjoy helping people and deliver value to others
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese
