Full Stack developer

GrowthSpot, a fully funded and accelerating startup company in Asia, is looking for a passionate and talented Full Stack Developer to join our team in Hong Kong / Taiwan / Vietnam. You’ll be a part of an engineering team that is dedicated to developing a reliable and robust ecommerce advertising platform for merchants in Asia.

What you’ll be doing:

Developing, and maintaining high quality, scalable applications.
This includes writing well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code.
Devise new, innovative ways of development for both web platforms in an end-to-end manner.
Be a part of a high-paced, agile team constantly delivering value to end users and adapt to new user needs and requirements.
Explore new and emerging technologies and discover its ability to enhance user experience.

Must have:

2-3 years working experience in a technologies include (and not limited to): HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, VueJS, PHP, Node.js
Able to dissect requirements into granular tasks and execute till completion. Knowledge of CVS software such as Git
Experience working with databases, especially MySQL.
Great oral and written communication skills in English

Good to have (which will be a plus):

Experience working for a fast-paced startup
Knowledge on building or maintaining e-commerce and advertising platforms
Experience in working with SCRUM
Experience with testing with PHPUnit and JS Test Software such as Jest or Mocha
Experience with containerization and Docker
Experience with microservices development
